Turnkey Manufacturing

“We don't just assemble circuit boards. We actually become partners in the production process.”

That means that Deltron handles everything - from procuring components, handling metalwork and final assembly to testing, labeling and shipping of the end-product.

Whatever the needs, Deltron has the resources and experience to deliver the goods. That even includes testing the final units, then boxing or shrink-wrapping, along with labeling and shipping to the final customer.

In many cases, additional hardware required for final assembly can also sourced. And of course, any wiring and cabling, along with testing or burn-ins is taken care of.

Turnkey agreements are flexible, and are a great way for the customer to benefit from Deltron’s highly leveraged purchasing power with reduced component costs.

Job Work

Deltron works with customers in a wide range of industries with differing requirements for inventory control, testing, product packaging and product support.

Some customers provide all of the materials, raw boards and electronic components, required for a job and Deltron assembles the printed circuit boards, performs any required testing and ships the finished boards to the customer.

This is generally considered as inventory provided on consignment basis where Deltron basically provides labour and expertise only.
